Coconut Cream
Overview
Malaysia is the motherland of the coconut. Coconut meat and buds are edible. Coconut cream is widely popular ingredient in desserts (ice-cream, cake, and pie), beverages (can be a substitute for milk and other type of cream). This product can be used to make spirits for alcoholic drinks or as a mixer. Coconut cream is more concentrate than coconut milk. Product versatility is wider in range now than 10 years ago. Some of body hygienic products like shampoo, soap, and etc. used coconut cream as a main ingredient.
